"The "Summer Shipp Act"
Kelly Jolkowski of
spearheaded a National Campaign for the Missing. Brandy, along with
other Missourians, has volunteered to represent the State of Missouri,
which is now the 9th State to have secured sponsorship! Thank you to
Representative Bryan Pratt for sponsoring this important bill! On
February 7, 2007, the bill was assigned a number, HB 757! The Campaign
for the Missing model legislation is a procedural mandate for law
enforcement and other officials who are involved in missing persons
and/or unidentified persons. The law established procedures for the
handling of missing persons and unidentified remains, including the use
of DNA to solve both case types. To read the bill text click HB 757
